Growing up my mom paid all the bills and allocated the funds to the point where even my dad had an allowance. On the flip side of things, she was also drowning in credit card debt. I remember thinking back then, I’m never getting a credit card! That was until I grew up and realized how important budgeting, tithing, and maintaining good credit was.
It was difficult at times and I remember writing down everything from my thoughts to reminders from childhood to adulthood. To date I probably currently own 20 planners. To say I hated math in school, I’m very good with numbers. So, creating and maintaining a financial life/budget plan is right up my alley. I starting making good, sound financial decisions in my early 30s. Family and friends took notice and would often come to me for advice which helped them become financially stable. One day I thought to myself, why don’t I put all this knowledge and these resources in one place?
I started talking to God about it….and a few months later the vision for The Reigny Day Planner was birthed. Was this an easy journey for me? No, but like some say nothing in life is. Was it worth it? Yes indeed!!! The most rewarding thing about my planner vision coming to life is that I get to share it with the world!!!! Best of luck to you on your financial journey. I will see you at the finish line.
P.S.
This one is for you MOM…
